At Ember & Oak, we believe the oldest cooking method is still the most honest. Every dish that leaves our kitchen has passed through live flame — wood-sourced, hand-tended, and built around ingredients that don't need much help to become remarkable.
Our menu rotates with the seasons. Our fire never goes out. We source from within 150 miles whenever possible, and we'll always tell you exactly where your food came from.
